Founder: Kerry Sudale
With over 9 years’ experience working within a global recruitment agency across London and the Midlands, I have been involved in the successful set up of two businesses in the Midlands- Secretarial & Business Support and Contact Centre & Customer Service – the fastest growing division within our business area.
The experience I have gained within the recruitment industry has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to best advise/ guide customers through challenging processes. In basic terms, I now understand what works and what doesn’t.
One of my key takeaways was breaking out from what I should be to my true, authentic self! I have laughed and cried with my customers, shared their saddest stories, as well as some of their happiest. Fostering this strong relationship with my clients allows me to be part of their journey with them and support them every step of the way.
Sudale Search & Select was started after much encouragement from many of my customers, as well as having control over who I work with. Outside of Sudale Search my life is totally dominated by amazing son (who you will probably meet when we work together), as well as my beautiful Husky who often pops up demanding to be let outside during the most inconvenient of times.

Marlene is a highly experienced Consultant with a career spanning 22 years, working within generalist HR and as a specialist Recruiter. Having worked in-house and as part of an agency she really knows how to absorb herself into the culture of the businesses she is recruiting for and is fantastic at identifying up and coming talent to support, during markets that are significantly employee led. Having such an expansive career she knows how to navigate markets during the recession to support both candidates and clients alike.
She has covered a full suite of roles from entry level to Board level vacancies across Europe, Middle East and, specifically UK markets covering a full range of industries. Having kick started her career within Sony Playstation she enjoys working with high growth organisations – something she has continued to be part of throughout her career.
Outside of work, Marlene is a true family woman and doting mother to her daughter. She loves to travel, with her favourite destinations being Dubai (basically her 2nd home), Cyprus and Ibiza!
